THE BLUEPRINT EXECUTION PLAN

Philly Streets Talk & The Blueprint Execution Plan have partnered together to feature two of their programs to revitalize Impoverished Urban Communities in the City of Philadelphia.  The initial target zone for the program will be the Kensington section of the city which has been Decimated with Drugs, Gun Violence and a Title Wave of homeless people.

 

The first program is called "Meet The Needs" which falls under the the umbrella of ( Operation Save a Life ) The Meet The Needs program is designed to provide the basic living necessities and advancement opportunities.  The program will initially focus on the individuals from the age of 5 to 20 years old  To qualify for the program a Needs assessment form will be filled out by a Parent,Teenager or Authority figure.  The Program will initially be introduced through the Public, Charter and Private school system along with community organizations such as the local YMCA.
